Welcome to the Parks Chevrolet Service Department. We offer world-class, state-of-the-art facilities servicing all General Motors vehicles, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Pontiac, Buick, GMC, and HUMMER.

Our Charlotte location offers a Commercial and Medium-Duty Truck Service department. With 15,000 lb. lifts, we can assist you with all of your medium-duty needs! We provide warranty work and service on all makes and models, including General Motors trucks, from a diesel dually Silverado to an 8500 Cab and Chassis. We perform warranty work and service for Isuzu and Caterpillar, as well as Allison transmissions. We service RVs or Motor Homes.

Parks Chevrolet’s Charlotte location has a complete appearance department, specializing in interior and exterior detailing. This includes polishing and waxing your exterior paint, shampooing and cleaning your vehicle’s interior, to help keep your car or truck looking like new. Various packages are available, from an exterior wash to a full detail. Call for an appointment.

Ask your Service Advisor about an extended service contract from GMPP. Repairs after your car is out of warranty can be costly. To protect you and your vehicle, we offer several packages.
