I recently traveled 250 miles to this dealership with a deal already prepared on paper, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The vehicle we came to purchase had more miles than advertised and visible dings and chips, which were not disclosed beforehand. Instead of addressing these issues, the sales manager (Jim) brought up the fact that we were trading in our 8-year-old truck in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, even though the details of the trade-in were already known. After traveling such a long distance, we felt like we had no choice but to accept the car as-is or leave empty-handed. It was disappointing, to say the least, given that we had a deal prepared ahead of time. It seemed like our concerns were brushed aside, and the sales manager’s attitude left us feeling undervalued as customers. On a positive note, Carlos, our salesperson, was fantastic and did his best to make the experience better. However, the poor handling by the sales manager overshadowed the visit. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience in the future.

I recently stopped by Parks because they had a vehicle, I was interested in. The salesperson was great, we test drive the vehicle and love it. I had my car appraise which they gave me the bare minimum, but them they try to add additional charges $1000 if I decided to finance with my credit union and another $1000 for installing a anti-thef device I never asked for. Very disappointed at the predatory practices being used here. Buyers beware.
5/24/2022- This is the worst company EVER on the face of the planet. If you are thinking about getting a car from this dealer, please reconsider. I purchased a car from them two yrs. ago and decided to trade it for something else, so naturally i wanted to cancel all my warranty's associated with this vehicle. I went to the dealership with all my required documents in hand and proceeded to have the GAP insurance cancellation processed. I was advising by company that it was quicker to have the DEALER process the paper work so that it can go faster. This sorry excuse for a dealership decided not to process my paper work. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS PROCESS THE PAPER WORK, AND YET THEY CAN NOT EVEN DO THAT ... WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ??? I PLAN ON REPORTING THIS INCIDENT TO THE BBB AND MAYBE THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DEALERSHIP CAN GET INTO SHAP.. **** DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THE CARS ARE WELL OVERPRICED ******
I purchased a truck here a few weeks ago and worked with Paul. When I purchased the truck he promised me he would install a bed liner on the truck and tint my windows. This guy has been jerking me around since. He always had an excuse why he couldn’t uphold his end of the bargain. I finally got my windows tinted from them only to have them begin bubbling up a week later. When I mentioned it to Paul he started up with his xxxxxxxx again stating that when it was installed it didn’t look like that so he’s not responsible for it. The poor workmanship in this dealership doesn’t even last a week. Now I finally got the bed liner installed but I don’t have high expectations for anything they really did. Honestly I couldn’t recommend going here for just about anything and most certainly couldn’t recommend using Paul for anything either. Find yourself another dealership and work through them. It will save you time and aggravation. Whatever they tell you Is a lie. Good luck to the people who are dealing with this dealership and unfortunately didn’t buy elsewhere.

We found the purchasing of a used suburban to be easy with the help of David Fernandez. He took a chance on contacting us with something almost exactly for what we were looking. The only thing to have made it any better would have been if he’d had a way to roll back the odometer! It had just a few too many miles, but we loved everything else about the vehicle. If you are ever in the market for a new or used Chevy, please look up David at Parks Charlotte!

This Dealership is a straight rip off they made me pay for a service I didn't get but.paid for it, end result my transmission messed up. Did not give me my money back and told me he was not gone to give me my money be use he was wrong and I caught him lying for his sorry xxx mechanic, Don't ever go here and Todd the service Manager is a total piece of xxxx

I do not recommend this car dealership. We brought my son's 2016 Camaro to Parks at the Lake for them to replace the weather stripping around the trunk. The car had no mechanical or electrical issues when we brought it to Parks. When we got the car back it sat on our driveway for two days but when my son went to start the car the morning of the third day, the car wouldn't start. Apparently, the the fuse panel in the trunk got water in it which caused it to short out and drain the battery. We had no problem with the electrical system before we brought the car to Parks at the Lake. Only after they replaced the weather stripping, was there an issue. When we brought the car back to Parks they took the position that it was not their problem and the cost of new repair (over $1,000) would be our responsibility. In my opinion, Parks at the Lake caused or contributed to the cause of a significant problem but, instead of stepping up and making the situation right, they claimed no responsibility. Failing to take responsibility in a situation is a very poor characteristic and this is not a company I recommend working with.
John came over and introduced himself and told us he was there to make us the best deal on a new 2021 Chevrolet. Let me say, He done just that. After Leaving City Chevrolet over a 250.00 difference and after arriving at Parks Chevrolet the experience was very pleasent. Our sales person Isaih was very knowledgeable and friendly. The finance manager was so helpful in securing our payment desired. I just can’t say enough good things about these folks. After a bad experience at City Chevrolet these great guys at Parks Chevrolet delivered 5?star service and a great price on the 2021 Blazer RS. We are definitely Parks Chevrolet customers for life !!! I purchased a 2020 Trail Boss on 03/21/2020 from Parks Chevrolet Charlotte. On July 31st, I was operating the truck and the transmission failed. I immediately had it towed to the closest dealership which is in Rockingham, NC. The service department there contacted me and let me know that they had diagnosed the issue and that the valve body in the transmission needed to be replaced. They also let me know that the part was on a hard back order with no ETA. I called the Parks Chevrolet Saleman on August 11th and he let me know that he left a note on the service managers desk to call me. I hadn’t received a call by August 14th so I reached out to the General Manager. He communicated that he would look into it and that he would be in touch soon. I reached out to him on the 21st after I hadn’t received a call back. He didn’t answer so I left him a voicemail and emailed him. He responded that he would be in touch later that day. He didn’t call but his service manager did. The service manager called me back on the 24th and said that he had spoken to the regional rep and that there are parts available and that Rockingham just needed to request the part. This was completely untrue. My truck sat at the dealership inoperable from 7/31/2020 to 9/24/2020. In my opinion Parks Chevrolet Charlotte is more concerned with selling vehicles than standing behind them. Not one person from Parks Chevrolet took ownership of the problem or tried to do everything in their power to help.
Service repeatedly delayed, with excuses. When done, service was done well. I have now discovered personal items missing from my truck. Never again at Parks!
Worst experience. HORRIBLE customer service. No inventory. I was told the specific vehicle we wanted to buy was on the lot. I confirmed this again and made an appointment due to covid -19 as I was told that’s the protocol they were following. Upon arriving for our “appointment” that my husband took off of work to attend, we were told the vehicle was NOT on the lot and was still in Kernersville being driven by the GM’s wife. We were told we actually probably didn’t want that vehicle because she was driving it and it has about 3k miles on it. I do not appreciate being lied to. Do not trust or do business with Parks.

Date 29, 2020 I am Barbara Staton Johnson. I want to tell the entire world about my experiences at Parks Chevrolet in Huntersville, North Carolina. I was currently driving a 2015 VW Passat. I had owned VW since I first had driver’s license, which is over 40years. I thought that I could go to Volkswagen of Huntersville and be treated as though I was family; needless to say the sales person I met with was (Marlon Morris) who was very friendly. He talked about getting me out of the car and getting me into a 2019 Volkswagen which made me very excited. The finance manager told me; he is the one to get me approved. Neither Marlon Morris nor the Finance manager ever gave me a follow up phone call. I have never heard from Marlon Morris even after leaving a message for him to return a phone call, nor the finance manager. I am so grateful that things have a way of working out for the best. Now I am the proud owner of a Chevrolet 2020 Malibu LS. I want you to see the names in light PARKS CHEVROLET HUNTERSVILLE NC On January 23, 2020 a friend of mind gave Xavier Hamilton (Sales and Leasing Consultant) of Parks Chevrolet of Huntersville NC my phone number immediately I received a phone from Mr. Hamilton introducing himself to me and looking forward to meeting with me that day. Upon arrival Mr. Hamilton, recognized me and met me at the front door. Immediately took me in side and became speaking with me about the cars that like and what was available. He did not hesitate when I asked for a tour of the cars on the lot. Unlike; the previous dealership I was not given that same opportunity. I already knew if not a sale that day I will find Mr. Hamilton no matter and trust him to take care of me as a Sales and Leasing Consultant. When I say, never has a Salesperson (Xavier Hamilton) ever been so thorough and so professional in how he conducted every step of the process in making me a satisfied customer. Mr. Hamilton provided me with detailed information about what was next. Once, I picked out 2020 Malibu LS. Mr. Hamilton then introduced me to his Finance Manager- Terrell King when I tell you that this man Mr. King know how to make things happen and is willing to do what it take with great honesty and integrity... Mr. King is willing to go the extra mile for the person that is in front of him. He is so appreciated by me. Once my purchase was completed Mr. Xavier Hamilton took his time to educate me on how to operate the entire car, including the tires. I have never purchase a car and was told how it worked, (always given a manual to figure it out). Since, my purchase Mr. Xavier Hamilton has been available to answer any questions. I had a great buying experience with Taylor Kuhill at Parks Chevrolet in Charlotte when I bought my new Trax. The whole process was completely easy .
I contacted a Sales Rep on Thurday about getting a ballpark trade in value on my vehicle. She requested that I send photos and VIN# and miles. I tried contacting Friday but no response. It is now Saturday afternoon and I have yet to hear anything.
