However, I am very disappointed with GM's warranty department. My claim was denied based on assumptions and without evidence, solely because my vehicle has a for-hire plate. The plate was recommended by my accountant for tax purposes and does not mean the vehicle is used for work. This experience with the warranty process was frustrating and unfair, despite the great service provided by Camille.
